A famous “cru” of the Valdobbiadene hills, superbly and with innumerable facets, underlines the qualities of Prosecco. The fine and persistent bubbles elevate its clean and characteristic fragrance. The taste, elegant and sweet accompanies dry cakes well and is an ideal conclusion to a refined meal. It is preferably drunk within two years, served at a temperature of 7° – 8°C without refrigerating for long periods, or better still, using an appropriate ice bucket.
